From June 2022 - Aug 2022, I worked as a service designer at First Horizon, which is the biggest bank in Tennessee State.
I was responsible for building the service design blueprint based on consumer lending services to identify the current workflow and future design opportunities. Also conducted interviews with clients to identify problems from the current pilot.
Facilitating workshops with internal stakeholders from different lines of business in the bank and external stakeholders, mapping out more details.
